New Version Posted

The second iteration of Passing Through is now available. 

I'm excited to be coming back to this game to clean things up a bit! The original game was created for a game jam and with limited time, so some clean up was in order. The major changes are as follows:

1. No more off-white, oddly skin-toned background. I swapped it for a plain white since I tend to believe simpler is better. 

2. A real intro screen with credits, trigger warnings, instructions and a play button. 

3. The ability to back up instead of starting from the beginning. I originally felt the "finality" accomplished something about the games message, but in hindsight, this felt way too harsh and inaccessible.  Now it is much more easy to navigate through the text. 

4. Added passages! I added about 15 new passages and edited the ones I currently have. Hopefully it reads a bit better now and feels less rushed.
